Hey Rob !
My console is not yet sold, but some discussions are taking place with a very interested potential buyer. :)
Actually, this person already has a S12, but is having quite a bit of problems making it work well, so hopefully my console should be helpful there (along with being used in one of their future studios). Hope you get yours working well soon !

Phew..indeed. Have you managed to sell yours yet?
I plugged the cards in today but still I have an error "No router information for router 0!'
The desk comes alive now with some functionality but it's not happy, touch screen function does not work now and some channels dont light up...I am beginning to get frustrated. Deep breath..I'll start from step 1. At least the cards seem to be working which is progress...Anyone coming to the UK let me know!

Hey Maikol thanks for the quick reply! No i could not see any enable disable option on the screen. I could use the "keys to graphics" option but the MAC stays in the machine room so i could not see the screen.

Hi there !
If I recall correctly, the slate file should be created automatically if not present, which is what I think happened when I trashed it.

Now that I think about it, I wonder if there isn't an option on the touchscreen to actually enable or disable the slate file usage ?

Hope this helps !

Hi, i have a question about the slate file so i decided to write here. The question is how to put a slate file or create a slate file in the GLW folder? Because we don't have any. So we could not get any suggestions while we do naming and it tooks time to write word by word.

Hi Paul and everyone !

Just a note to say that I've had exactly the same problem with one fader stopping moving, and it turns out it's also the fader drive board that is dead. Fortunately I still had a spare new one, so I just replaced it. It might be time to get in touch with the guys at Harrison and order some stuff... well that is if they still have some ! :P

Cheers,
Maikol

These chips are very robust until you have a PS blow and it takes out all of them. Thanks Shawn for supplying me with some spares. I am going to switch out my PeriProc cards to be the ones with the new daughter board.

Hi Jo!

Good to know you are well. Moving Harry should go well if you are careful, I think these babies are easier to move than an old neve for example. Don't forget to check that no chip are well pressed in their socket after the move, road vibrations can get them out enough to have problems.
I remember having had this the first time I installed the console, after it had travelled from UK to France on a truck. Many of the thin chips on the channels (those blue ones that only have one line of pins) had gotten partially out of their socket, giving all sort of problems).

About notifications, you should get one for every new post on a topic you have responded on, or on any new comment on article you've commented on. Is this what you get ?

Cheers!
