Wow things look like they have progressed from last time I came here !

I'm not sure about your last questions regarding the Serial comms, as your console has 3 control panels interconnected (mine only has one panel), but as far as I know I've not seen any of the Lo Speed Serial used on my console, only the High Speed Serial are.

I think you should check in your console's documentations, as for mine there's a complete comm/serial connections drawing in there.

Regarding the audio connections on the rear of the execution racks, yes those are all analog connections, probably using Harrison's own pinout scheme (which should be described somewhere in your console's documentation), so you should simply need some custom made DSubs to whatever the connectors are on the D/A outputs (probably also DSubs ?), but you don't have to use MADI for the digital side of the converters, as nowadays some thunderbolt, ethernet (think Dante) or USB3 interfaces can carry a good number of channels, though I doubt a single one of them can do 140 channels !
