Yes Paul, I changed the PSU for channels 1-4.
I put a new power supply.
When I got the console, I also got some spare power supply.

Today the control surface has functioned properly, the problem seems gone.

I still have a problem on the router.
It does not always see the output 192-255
I'm going to explore it a little more tomorrow.
I also have a problem on the last 16 bargraph.
Some wiring to finish...
A little work and I could finally enjoy ...

I tried to go to the Harrison ftp site
ftp: \ \ http://ftp.gwl.com
to check if I have the latest software version.
It takes a loggin / password?
My software versions are 2002. Are there more recent version?
My version is v6.4.1 I think.

Glad to see that you are making great progress Pasquale!

About the ftp : I think you have to pay a software licence to Harrison to have access to the latest software (but maybe yours is up to date ?).

You should contact Harrison directly.

Boys I still owe you my progress report - Gwyn came over for a fast visit and we changed the PSU in the control surface which powers a certain CPU - don't ask me which one, Gwyn did his magic :D we measured the power on the sockets to a working cpu board. We didn't want to measure on the chip since one mistake and the whole board is gone as you guys certainly know. After that adjusted the power on the new CPU to the same 5.1 volts -> long story short: Harry is up and running perfectly ever since. Amazing board :D
I hope you can fix your problems as easily as I could Pasquale - thanks for the name of the PSU

Take care Jo

Brilliant Jo! I'm doing some DIY projects on my free time, so on my next Mouser order I'll definitely order a couple of those LPT62 PSUs.

Glad to hear that, Jo.

For me:
Control Surface: Solved
Monitor/Router: Solved
Bargraph: Solved

Still some small problems of 64-72 channels startup from time to time ...
The end of the tunnel ... (!)

Great news Pasquale!
So have you started mixing with the desk yet? What do you think? :-)
BTW, I just ordered another DIY project - my new hobbie - from Mouser and also included five of those LPT62 PSUs with the order. Thanks again for the heads up!
